“Simple I Do’s is fantastic,” Lauri said.
“We decided to elope earlier in the summer and were waffling on whether or not to go with an external company to provide an officiant and take pictures. We contacted them with an inquiry and they were very responsive and willing to accommodate our needs both quickly and efficiently, without any difficulty whatsoever despite our last minute contact,” she said.
“The wedding location, officiant and pictures were amazing. We were so pleased with the wedding photos! They were of professional quality and looked as if they belonged in a magazine. I had a great experience and would highly recommend them to anyone seeking wedding planning,” Lauri said.
Matt and Lauri are Veterinary students completing their doctoral studies. Their love story involves a trip to magical Montreal.
“I knew Lauri was the one when we first went to Montreal together,” Matt said. “Montreal is a magical city, and exploring it with her was a great experience. The trip was over Christmas break and we went to see fireworks at the port in Montreal. The weather was freezing but we decided to go anyway. The fireworks were magical and looking into her eyes as they were radiating in the night sky revealed to me that she was the one I was going to marry someday,” he said.
“Later, we went on a vacation to Vancouver in Canada and spent a few days in Victoria province. One of the days we hiked to the top of a mountain that had a panoramic view of the ocean and surrounding island,” Lauri said.
“While at the top we decided to sit on a scenic ledge. At that point Matt leaned over and asked if I would marry him. I said yes immediately! I was super excited!”she said.
Matt said laughter and beauty makes Lauri special.
“I never get tired of her laugh and looking into her beautiful eyes every day,” he said.
